C'è molta pace e tranquillità, il che è ottimo in vacanza. Anche la piscina è un luogo ideale per rilassarsi e rinfrescarsi. Davide è un padrone di casa molto accogliente e amichevole. Stefano (da Agriturismo.it)Il Poderaccio è un casolare tipico Toscano ristrutturato con cura immerso negli ulivi sulla prima collina vicino a Firenze. La tranquillità è garantita l'ambiente è curato e ben tenuto e la piscina è molto bella e fruibile. Il nostro alloggio era pulito e in ordine, poi come logico magari non ci sono tutte le comodità di casa ma quello che serve c'è. La posizione è strategica in quanto con il metró in 20 minuti si è in centro a Firenze. Il proprietario simpatico e disponibile.
