The Farmhouse “Il Poderaccio” includes in the price some additional services such as:

• Pool of mt. 10 x 5 open from June till October
• WiFi Internet connection
• Weekly sheets and towels change (not for long periods)
• Use of wood oven
• Use of Barbecue
• Use of washing machine
• Parking
• Digital TV
• Child and dog friendly

Compulsory services fee:

• Check out cleaning from 30 to 50 euros depending on the apartment

Available on request, and not included in the price, we offer the following:

• Direct sales of fruits and vegetables, olive oil and jams from our production
• Wood for fireplace
• Daily cleaning
• Daily sheets and towel change
• Baby-sitting service
• Shuttle service to and from airport/station/center
